Welcome to Hidden Oasis Spa and Wellness. By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Information

Hidden Oasis Spa and Wellness provides spa and wellness services, including but not limited to massage therapy, skincare treatments, body treatments, and holistic therapies. All services are provided by licensed professionals where applicable.


2. Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your service time. Full service fees still apply.


3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options.

Refunds: Services are non-refundable. Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.


4. Health and Medical Considerations

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy prior to your service.

Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions.

Hidden Oasis Spa and Wellness reserves the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.


5. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.

Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and denial of future services.

This is a professional wellness establishment.

Any sexual misconduct or harassment will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.


6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All personal and medical information shared with us will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for treatment purposes or as required by law.


7. Liability

Hidden Oasis Spa and Wellness is not liable for any allergic or adverse reactions resulting from treatments, unless due to proven negligence.

Clients assume full responsibility for their own physical and emotional well-being during treatments.


8. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may require a signed consent form to receive services.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
